Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from projectkin.dk. If you change your mind, we offer a standard 14-day return policy in accordance with Danish and EU consumer law.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, you must notify us of your decision by sending an email to hello@projectkin.dk within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Please include your order number in the email.

After notifying us, you have an additional 14 days to send the product(s) back to us.

2. Condition of Returned Items To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be:

  • Unused and undamaged.

  • Free from any signs of wear, dirt, or marks.

  • Returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.

If the returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct a percentage of the refund corresponding to the diminished value of the item.

3. Return Shipping You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: We do not accept returns sent to parcel shops or collection points. Returns must be delivered directly to the warehouse address above.

4. Uncollected Packages If your order is delivered to a parcel shop or access point and is not collected within the carrier's designated timeframe, the package will automatically be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct a return handling fee (equal to the actual shipping costs incurred) from your final refund.

5. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., Credit Card or MobilePay) within 14 days.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items (Warranty) Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you have a 24-month right of complaint regarding defects (reklamationsret). If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@projectkin.dk with your order number and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
