These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made on projectkin.dk (“the Website”), owned and operated by:

By placing an order on the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Products The Website sells bags and related accessories. All product descriptions, images, and prices are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production differences.

2. Prices and VAT All prices are stated in DKK or EUR and include Danish VAT (25%), unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be added at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.

3. Order and Order Confirmation When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not constitute a binding acceptance until your order has been dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in case of pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and MobilePay. The payment will be pre-authorized upon placing the order, but the amount will not be deducted from your account until the item has been dispatched from our warehouse. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted connections.

5. Delivery We deliver within Denmark and selected EU countries. Estimated delivery time in Denmark is 1–2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

Uncollected packages: If your order is delivered to a parcel shop and not collected within the designated timeframe, it will automatically be returned to us. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct a return fee (equal to the shipping cost) from your refund.

6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period) In accordance with Danish and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without stating any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email at hello@projectkin.dk within 14 days. You must return the item(s) within 14 days of your notification.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items (Warranty) Under the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you are granted a 24-month right of complaint (reklamationsret) on all products. If your item is defective or incorrect, you are entitled to make a complaint. Please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 2 months after discovering the defect for the notice to be considered timely. We may offer repair, replacement, refund, or a price reduction, depending on the situation.

8. Liability We are not liable for indirect losses, including loss of profit, unless otherwise required by law. Our liability is always limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable Danish law.

9. Personal Data and Privacy We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable GDPR regulations. Your information is used solely for order processing, delivery, customer service, and legal obligations.

10. Intellectual Property All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Design Connect ApS and may not be used without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Complaints These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Danish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts. If you wish to file a complaint about a product purchased from us, you may submit it to the Center for Klageløsning (Nævnenes Hus), Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark (www.naevneneshus.dk). International consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (http://ec.europa.eu/odr).

12. Changes to the Terms We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of purchase will apply.
