Shipping Policy

At PROJECT KIN, we strive to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are packed and shipped safely from our partner warehouse in Denmark.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and Danish public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Denmark) We use GLS for all domestic deliveries in Denmark.

  • GLS Parcel Shop (Pakkeshop): 49 DKK (Delivery 1-2 business days)

  • GLS Business Delivery: 49 DKK (Delivery 1-2 business days)

  • Free Shipping: We offer free parcel shop delivery on all orders over 500 DKK.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.

3. International Shipping (EU) We currently ship to selected countries within the European Union.

  • Standard EU Shipping: From 49 DKK

  • Free Shipping EU: We offer free parcel shop delivery on orders over 500 DKK

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3-5 business days, depending on the destination country.

Note: As we ship from within the EU, there are no additional customs duties or import taxes for deliveries to other EU member states.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

5. Uncollected Packages If you choose delivery to a parcel shop, please ensure you collect your package within the timeframe specified by the carrier (usually 7 days for GLS). If the package is not collected in time, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

In the event of an uncollected package, we reserve the right to deduct a return handling fee of 50 DKK from your refund to cover the return shipping costs imposed by the carrier.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages While we take great care in packing your order, damages or losses during transit can occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged package, please take photos of the box before opening it, and contact us immediately at hello@projectkin.dk. If your tracking link shows no movement for an extended period, please reach out so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
